Facility Needs Assessments and Strategies

Our services are often retained to assist organizations to examine facility needs and develop strategies for meeting these needs.  These assessments include consulting with staff, board members, clients and other users to determine current and future space requirements; identifying locational priorities; identifying and evaluating potential sites; reviewing local zoning and building requirements; exploring opportunities for partnering in the development and operation of facilities; developing concept plans and designs; evaluating procurement options; preparing capital and operating budgets; identifying sources of funds and preparing recommendations on preferred options/strategies.
