Special Needs Housing

SHS has conducted a wide range of research on the specialized needs of various segments of the housing market.  These studies include environmental scans, face-to-face interviews and focus groups with individuals in need and local support agencies, surveys, best practice review, feasibility analysis, financial analysis and strategy development.
