SHS Consulting has received a Planning Excellence Award for 2010 from Canadian Institute of Planners.

The Award was received under the category of Social Planning for SHS's extensive work on the Region of Peel Housing Strategy. The project, prepared under the guidance of Christine Pacini (Project Director) and Cassandra Vink (Project Manager), with contributions from other members of the SHS team, was recognized as an example of planning excellence, and was selected for its innovation, contribution to the body of professional knowledge, implementation potential, and presentation.
