Charlee Grace

Development Coordinator

Charlee recently joined SHS as a Development Coordinator. For the last two years, she has been working in the co-operative housing sector as an administrative assistant and property manager. She has experience applying for grants, growing organizatinoal capacity, and managing capital repair projects. She also volunteered with a co-op in Toronto whose aim is to build a playground for its residents.

At SHS, she is thrilled to be working on new housing development projects across Ontario, leveraging grant and loan programs such as CMHC's Co-Investment and Seed funding.

Current work

Charlee is currently conducting a feasibility analysis of a 34-unit complex for a non-profit supportive housing group looking to add rental units to their housing stock.
